How can free WiFi be used to promote a new offer during an event or congress?

Mediacom is one of the largest media agencies in Switzerland. With the newly created lecture series “Digitalmix@Mediacom”, the agency seeks to put digital competence towards new customers at the centre stage. To anchor the name of the offer in its announcement, an analogy between digital mix and drink mix was developed in the basic design of the location-based campaign. Besides TV screen elements and information material, we created a “Branded WiFi” network. Users can pre-order a “Bloody Programmatic” drink via the free WiFi offer, or sign up for the first edition of the Digital@MediaCom. The sponsored WiFi can be temporarily activated for various assignments to third-party events.
