How can an automotive retail group with 15 branches tackle the digital transformation?

The Garage Galliker Group sells 11 different car brands at a total of 15 locations and is therefore one of the most important names in the industry. The information capture and purchasing processes for new and used vehicles are constantly compared with innovations due to digitisation.
As part of a holistic digitalisation design, we built a mobile and web presence to focus on all customer interactions.
In the run-up to the project, we created multi-level personas and completed a complex customer behaviour analysis. These preliminary studies served as a basis for deciding on the implementation of functions such as workshop scheduler, test drive tool, or leasing calculator.
All interactions with newly created tools are structured so that customer data can be automatically prepared and used for online Marketing activities.
Technically, the new platform for each of the 15 locations includes its own, local and SEO optimized website that can be controlled via the central CMS.
