How can factual schedule information become more entertaining with an app?

Solution

The use of content and services on smartphones is currently undergoing major changes. In particular, Generation Z is considered a strong driver of the so-called “Conversational Commerce” trend. This refers to the interaction through written texts, instead of a graphical interface.

Kubu is a chatbot app and provides schedule information via a text-entry dialogue. The app was developed as a hybrid app and is therefore available for all platforms. The actual chatbot logic, however, runs in the backend instead of on the app itself. This means Kubu can be easily integrated into any app or webpage.
