How can a continuous education provider take advantage of the trend of increasing Messenger usage by potential customers and use it as an online marketing tool?
Solution
The increasing use of Messenger apps has triggered a new trend: Conversational Commerce. Simply put, this means that information is conveyed over an automated conversation. The customer communicates and interacts with a ChatBot with Artificial Intelligence (AI).
For AKAD, we have developed a chatbot that is mainly geared towards the initial consultation. During the conversation, the chatbot recognizes the current profession and suggests appropriate training opportunities based on this information. The chatbot is structured so as to register further customers’ information during the conversation. These will later be used for newsletter Marketing.
An integrated statistics tool allows the use of the bot to continuously monitor and recognize the most frequent input.
