How can you promote a comprehensive training offer with a small HTML5 mobile ad without using an overloaded landing page?
Solution
To promote AKAD’s continuing education offering, we designed a witty, eye-catching campaign which appeals to viewers with banners with a chat look. The five subjects relate to the user depending on the situation. In particular, the text includes topics such as commute, lunch time, working hours, etc. using so-called time-and-day targeting
Users clicking on the HTML5 ad are not taken to a traditional landing page but to a chatbot instead. The chatbot welcomes users by name and asks for their current profession. Afterwards, the chatbot draws on artificial intelligence (AI) to propose suitable continuing education offers.
Insight
On top of click-through rates, the chatbot also provided information about the name, gender, language region and length of stay of users. Within 24 hours, the chatbot can again proactively and automatically contact persons who clicked on the ad. More information about the chatbot.
