ZVV’s (Zurich’s Traffic Network) ticket app is a practical public transport solution for its customers With just a few clicks, they can easily buy tickets for the entire ZVV network.
We launched a mobile campaign to increase awareness and, therefore, the number of users and downloads even further. The campaign’s goal was clear: find new users. Key visuals were the well-known illustrations from the existing print campaign, which have adapted to mobile and animated with refined details.
Overall, the campaign achieved a user increase of around 40%.
